Therefore, rest assured that you will be extremely pleased with your purchase(s) & investment(s) with us--or we'll issue you a full refund, including initial shipping charges. The official time frame for initiating a return on any purchase is 60-days. Simply notify us that you'd like a refund or other remedy, and once the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund (or accommodate an alternative resolution).
Minor alterations by special request, can be done to any pieces that are purchased--& oftentimes, with no additional charge. Any such changes can be requested before shipping, or can be arranged to be completed at a later date, after being received, then sent back for alteration (such as adding more emphasis of a particular color, for more "balance", or due to a difference in perception viewed on-screen, vs real life--or, adding something completely new that was not previously present, or just faintly hinted-at). Such requests will delay how soon the item is shipped/delivered, and should be considered in situations where purchases may be time-sensitive, such as gifts.
